I have designed a Merchandise Planning System from scratch and have a working knowledge of the planning and execution systems used in buying, merchandising and supply chain management, including design and implementation
A thorough understanding of how these different processes impact the customer proposition as well as other areas of the business such as logistics and retail operations.

• Start up of websites from design, software packages, hosting, merchandising, customer services, marketing
• Re platforming from legacy systems
• Customer Experience and end to end Journey
• Digital First strategies through to all sales channels
General
Implementation experience of start ups, e-commerce divisions, restructures, projects, wholesale and franchise operations
Experienced in consultancy methods and approaches, learned via commissioning and implementing projects within a retail organisation.
Experience of different retail sectors, mainly fashion, but also including general merchandise and FMCG business models, including an international dimension.
Experience across all sales channels within the UK and internationally - retail (bricks & mortar, e-commerce), wholesale, franchise & licensing
Experience to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of the client’s business
